Attorney Marc Agnifilo speaks to the media outside federal court, Wednesday, Sept. 18 2024, in New York.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has provided an intriguing explanation for the staggering amount of baby oil found during the rapper’s recent federal raids: he simply buys in bulk. In a conversation with TMZ, Agnifilo reiterated his previous comments regarding the controversy surrounding the discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in Combs’ mansions.

Agnifilo addressed the allegations of “freak off” parties—events where Diddy is accused of enticing and coercing women into sexual performances for his entertainment, often without their knowledge. Reflecting on the nature of these parties, Agnifilo quipped, “Back when I was a kid in the late ’70s, they were called threesomes.”

Regarding the alleged excessive quantity of baby oil and lube, Agnifilo expressed skepticism about the reported figure, saying, “I don’t know where the number ‘1,000’ came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands, and I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.” He further emphasized that Combs has a large home and often shops at wholesale retailers like Costco, suggesting that the quantity might be more manageable than reported. “I don’t think it was a thousand. Let’s just say it was a lot,” he noted.

Agnifilo’s remarks highlight the defense’s strategy to challenge the prosecution’s narrative while attempting to frame Combs in a more relatable light amidst the serious allegations he faces. The case continues to develop, drawing significant public and media attention.
